Delete your BuildAlert account

You can delete your account from inside the BuildAlert app under Settings → Delete my account, or use the form below if you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted

Your account, your login details, your lead preferences, your letter templates, your QR codes and your saved leads are deleted within 30 days of your request.

What we keep, and why

Letters already printed or posted will still be delivered - we can't recall them. We also keep records of payments and letters sent for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires, and any active subscription is cancelled as part of closing the account.
