All Subscription plans include the same core features, including:

The only differences between the Subscription plans are the monthly subscription cost, the number of included letters or postcards, and the reduced cost per letter.

No. You can use BuildAlert purely for the planning data. You're free to browse planning applications, view applicant addresses, planning agent details and planning documents, then carry out your own outreach by phone, email or any other marketing method.

No. All credits included with your subscription are yours to keep and never expire.

If you don't use all of your monthly credits, they'll simply roll over and remain available until you're ready to use them.

No. Every letter costs 1 credit, regardless of the estimated project value.
